Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. We use Firebase Authentication for secure login management.
Journal & Chat Data: We store the content of your journal entries, vitals tracking, and conversations with our AI mentors. This data is strictly used to provide you with personalized insights, weekly reflections, and daily video stories.
Payment Information: If you upgrade to a Premium subscription, your payment details are processed securely by Stripe. Apollonian does not store your credit card numbers on our servers.
We use your information exclusively to:
Your conversations and journal entries are processed by AI models to generate insights. However, we have strict agreements in place ensuring that your personal data is not used to train the base models of any third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI/Google) for public use. Your data is processed securely and Ephemerally where possible, and stored securely in our database.
You have full control over your data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (including all journal entries and chats) at any time from your Profile settings. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice within the app.
