While our platform uses established frameworks like CBT and Stoicism, our AI mentors are not licensed therapists. Apollonian is a safe space for journaling, reflection, and practicing coping mechanisms.

How do the Personalized Video Stories work?

Our platform continuously analyzes your journal entries, vitals (like mood and sleep), and chat conversations to understand your current emotional state. Based on these insights, our AI generates a unique, daily video "brief" tailored specifically to what you are going through, offering targeted guidance rather than generic advice.

What is an 'Activity'?

Activities are structured exercises that move you from passive thinking to active processing. Examples include guided 'Deep Focus' timers, 'Cognitive Restructuring' worksheets, and structured 'Brain Dumps' for anxiety. Completing activities helps build your resilience over time.

Is my data private and secure?

Absolutely. We understand that a mental wellness platform requires absolute trust. Your journal entries and conversations are encrypted and for your eyes only. We do not sell your personal data, and your private reflections are never used to train public AI models.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your Profile settings. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
